Ingredients:

Chickpeas 2 Cup (Boiled)
Rice 2 Glass or 500gm (Soaked)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Oil 1/2 Cup
Green Chillies 4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbs
Salt 1 tbs
Whole Garam Masala
Cinnamon 1
Black pepper 5
Cloves 3
Cumin 1 tsp
Star anise 2
Black Cardamom 1
youghurt 4 tbs
Achar 5 pice

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot and add oil and onion and fry it until it become brown color. After that add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomatoes, salt, Turmeric Powder, and stir it and then add 1/4 Cup Water and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook for 4 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that add Chopped Green Chillies, Boiled Chickpeas, Whole Garam Masala Pickling and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes.

Step 3: Now add Soaked Rice with 2 glass water and stir it and cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to high flame. After that remove lid and stir it and then again cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes on very low flame. After that Your Chana Pulao is Ready.
