Boneless Chicken Karahi Recipe. Boneless Chicken Karahi is a very delicious and tasty recipe. It is used in dinner parties, hotels and marriages. People cook and serve this with Salad and Roti. Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Oil
500g Chicken boneles
1 cup Onion (sliced)
2 Green chilli
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 Green cardamom
1 piece Mace (crushed)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red chili powder
1 cup Yogurt
2 tbs Fresh cream
1 tbs Desi ghee
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Ginger (julienne)
3 Green chilies
Directions:
In a pan heat oil. Add onion and cook until golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken, yogurt and mix well.
Add whole spices, red chili powder, mace powder, cardamom powder, lemon juice and salt in chicken. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add half cup of water and let it simmer on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
When chicken gets tender your Chicken masala is ready.
